From plans to handover

Scope and documentation review
Review the supplied plans, specifications, schedules and construction requirements.

Coordination and planning
Confirm plumbing routes, fixture requirements, interfaces, access and sequencing with the relevant project team.

Underground and in-slab works
Complete applicable sewer, drainage, stormwater and water-service preparation before slabs and finishes proceed.

Rough-in
Install and coordinate the required pipework, wastes, vents, water, gas and associated plumbing services.

Fit-off
Install fixtures, tapware, appliances and final service connections included in the agreed scope.

Testing and handover
Test and commission completed plumbing work and provide required plumbing, drainage and gas compliance documentation where applicable. Gas compliance requirements are kept distinct from plumbing and drainage records.

Can you quote from hydraulic drawings and specifications?
Yes. Send the plans, hydraulic drawings, specifications and fixture schedules you have, and we will review them and price the plumbing scope shown.
Do you complete both rough-in and fit-off?
Yes. Rough-in and fit-off can both be included, along with testing, commissioning and required plumbing, drainage and gas compliance documentation where applicable.
Do you undertake commercial fit-outs?
Yes. We complete plumbing for office, retail, hospitality, amenities and refurbishment fit-outs, coordinated around site access and construction staging.
