Project sequence
Rough-in, set-out and fit-off
Set-out and rough-in
Pipework, wastes, vents and fixture locations are set out to suit finished floor levels, wall linings, cabinetry and tile layouts.
Fit-off
Fixtures and tapware are connected after finishes are ready, with isolation, falls and access considered before handover.
Gas and temperature control
Gas compliance requirements are handled separately from plumbing and drainage documentation. Domestic tempering valve considerations stay with hot water work, while commercial and higher-risk temperature-control work links to TMV Servicing.

Do you do bathroom and kitchen renovation plumbing?
Yes. Renovation plumbing can include rough-in, set-out, drainage changes, hot and cold water alterations, fixture fit-off and appliance connections within the agreed scope.
Can you coordinate with my builder or other trades?
Yes. Plumbing set-out often depends on framing, waterproofing, tiling, cabinetry and electrical work, so the plumbing is coordinated around the project sequence.
Are domestic tempering valves the same as TMVs?
No. Domestic tempering valves are covered with hot water systems. TMV servicing is a separate commercial and higher-risk temperature-control service.
Does every renovation need the same compliance certificate?
No. Documentation depends on the work performed. Required plumbing, drainage and gas compliance documentation is provided where applicable, and gas compliance is treated separately where gas work forms part of the project.
